Terms & Conditions- Wedding Dress Cleaning Services
By using our wedding dress cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may change from time to time without notice.
All quoted prices are inclusive of relevant taxes. All invoices must be paid on collection or delivery of garment/s or as otherwise agreed with us, and we reserve the right to retain your garment/s until payment in full is received.
We will make all reasonable efforts to process garments within the timeframe agreed at time of acceptance of your booking, however we shall not be liable for delays.
We will take the utmost care of your garment during the cleaning process. We require you to identify on the booking form any existing stains or damage to the garment. Prior to the cleaning process, we will assess the condition of each garment including taking of digital photography for our records. We may contact you to discuss any additional issues identified prior to or during the cleaning process. We may identify issue/s that prevent the cleaning of your garment.
We have an excellent record of cleaning and stain removal. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that all stains can be removed. We will endeavour to clean the garment to the highest possible standard.
We do not accept any liability for damage to the dress during the cleaning process. This may include loss of buttons, beading, shrinkage, colourfast or fading. We do not accept liability for intrinsic faults in the garment that may lead to damage during the cleaning process, such a weak or fragile materials.
By authorising us to clean your dress, you accept responsibility for any damage to the garment. In the rare and unexpected event that a dress is lost or misplaced by us we accept liability not exceeding twice (2) times that of the agreed charge for cleaning the garment, regardless of condition or brand.
