Terms & Conditions- Wedding Dress Cleaning

By using our wedding dress cleaning services (ABN 92615033206) you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These may change from time to time without notice.

All quoted prices are inclusive of relevant taxes.  All invoices must be paid on collection or delivery of garment/s or as otherwise directed by us and we reserve the right to retain your garment/s until payment in full is received.

We will make all reasonable efforts to process garments within agreed time-frame and within thirty days (30 days) from receipt, however we shall not be liable for delays.  

 

We will take the utmost care of your garment during the cleaning process. We require you to identify any stains or damage to the garment at the time of booking or garment pick up (on the booking form). We will assess each garment prior to the cleaning process, noting and taking digital photography of any stains or damage to the garment. We may contact you during the processing of your garment to discuss any additional issues identified prior to or during cleaning. We have an excellent record of stain removal. However, we do not guarantee we can always remove all stains. We will endeavor to clean the garment to the highest possible standard, however if we are concerned that a particular stain removal technique, or other laundering technique, is unsafe for the garment, we will inform you prior to undertaking any such techniques. We do not accept any liability for damage to the dress during standard cleaning procedures. This may include loss of buttons, beading, shrinkage, colourfast or fading. We do not accept liability for intrinsic faults in the garment that may lead to damage during the cleaning process, such a weak or fragile materials. We will inform you of any such concerns prior to the undertaking cleaning process if reasonably anticipated. By authorising us to clean your dress, you accept responsibility for any damage to the garment. In the rare and unexpected event that a dress is lost by us we accept liability not exceeding twice (2) times that of our charge for cleaning the dress, regardless of condition or brand.
