At Happily Ever After Wedding Dress Cleaning, we understand that your wedding dress is more than just a gown; it is a precious memory, a family heirloom, a priceless treasure. We take great care in the cleaning of each dress. We pride ourselves on providing you with the highest quality of service and attention to detail. 

 

Each dress is individually assessed prior to cleaning to ensure that the safest and most effective cleaning processes are used. The cleaning procedure does vary depending on the fabric and adornments of your dress as well as the type and length of time stains have been present. We clean each dress by hand and follow with the individual pressing of each gown. Our cleaning techniques ensure all products are removed from the fabric prior to preservation.

 

Box storage allows you to store and preserve your dress for years to come. Once cleaned, gowns are stored in a box with specialised acid-free paper. This storage technique aims to minimise long term fabric fading and yellowing. 

 

Please note: We are unable to clean all fabrics. If we feel stain removal may risk the integrity of the fabric we will inform you before undertaking any cleaning and discuss your options. We cannot guarantee all stains will always be able to be removed completely, however will repeat the stain removal process until the best possible outcome has been safely achieved for your dress.
